Acceptance is an essay away!
How seriously should I take the word or character count?
Although in the past, the word and character counts were guidelines rather than rules, this is often no longer the case. If the directions stipulate a limit, you will find that when you upload an essay or statement, your submission will be truncated. Some applications still allow you to send an attached Word document, which provides some leeway. Your “Tools” will do word counts as well as character counts with or without spaces.

Testimonials
The college process is complex and emotionally draining. However, Mrs. Kashman made this process effortless by reviewing my college essay and helping me through the entire process itself. Instead of writing the essay for me, she guided me as I wrote the essay myself and then aided me in ameliorating the essay, even when I thought it was complete. She truly cares about her students and doesn't quit until the essay is as perfect as it could possibly be. Mrs. Kashman instilled in me confidence that I didn't know existed. Without her I don't know if I would be as happy as I am today at the school of my dreams.
